With enough self-will, we can for sure think of imaginative concepts without stressing ourselves for lack of time and by beginning quickly it will also mean that you don’t have to hurry when you are engaged on a task. You will be able to take some time and really think about what you are trying to accomplish and this will not only stop you from getting too tense, but, also permit you to produce great imaginative work.

Stress levels will rarely involve you when you are ready for it, health-wise. You see, when you are well and is full of vigor, you are just about fortified from the consequences of tension such as the lowering of energy levels, nervous breakdown and sometimes, even heart conditions. This can only be accomplished by living healthy through eating the right kinds of solid food and having the essential sleep each day.
