Ephedra Diet Pills –It is Dangerous
Ephedra is well known for instant fat reduction. People are taking it on and on. But there are cases of people dying by the consumption of this product. It was in news that FDA, food and drug administration, U.S says there are about 150 deaths in the country because of the ephedra diet pills.
More over it was also proven that ephedra is a responsible for the increasing health problems such as, heart problems, asthma, tremors, etc; ephedra is a substance that used as an extract from a Chinese herb or plant. It was claimed that dietary supplements with this ephedra helps in reducing the fat instantly, boost up your metabolism or gives you instant energy.
But the government, later on, starts seeing its adverse effects on the consumption and gets it banned. Ephedra products were not only consumed as diet pills .it was also taken by the military cadets. Government has also banned it.
By banning ephedra diet pills, companies have started producing those products which were high in caffeine. The major side effects of ephedra were seen as tremors, headaches, body pains, infection, and heart problems. People are even dying of the consumption of the products containing ephedra.
Ephedra reduces fat no doubt but it is also dangerous.
